Standard jobs usually take 1–3 hours. For more complex repairs, the timeframe is agreed after diagnosis.

Yes. I always explain the cost before starting work. I do not carry out repairs without the customer's approval.
Do you visit customers throughout Warsaw?
Yes, visits are available throughout Warsaw. The travel charge is shown in the price list.
What warranty do you offer?

I explain any risk of data loss and recommend making a backup.
My computer is slow — do I need a new one?
